We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Best aspects were location, staff, cleanliness, and facilities. It was located in the middle of two popular tourist destinations. The hotel staff was supportive and the place was clean. We found the facilities to be adequate for our needs.

Had a great Xmas holiday at a hotel in between two scenic destinations. Enjoyed homely food amidst natural beauty and clean ambiance. Appreciated the kind and supporting hotel staff who made our experience a memorable one, helping us with ample information.
Some parts of the property were under construction which made it inconvenient for my elderly parents to get around. The noise from the construction site was a bit of a bother, but the room service team was quick to respond to our request.

The hotel was situated in close proximity to both Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar, making it a great location. the staff was supportive and accommodating. the beds were comfortable and the room service was adequate.
The hotel lacked basic amenities like cellular network and working Wi-Fi.

The hotel offers a serene and romantic escape with comfortable beds and helpful room service. the location is perfectly situated between two popular tourist destinations, ideal for exploring. One of the best aspects was the staff who were extremely supportive and attentive to our needs.
We also found it inconvenient that only cash or mobile payment was accepted.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of two popular destinations. The staff was extremely supportive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the beds were quite comfortable. We also appreciated the convenience of car hire and the option for dry cleaning and laundry services. The airport shuttle service made our travel hassle-free, and the tours/ticket assistance was a great help in exploring the area. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV in our room. The garden furniture provided a relaxing sitting area, and the Wi-Fi kept us connected throughout our stay. we were truly impressed with the service and quality of this hotel.
